Upon completion of the High Impact Leadership Seminar-1 (HILS-1), graduates have several opportunities to continue and expand their leadership development. Many seminar participants sign up for the upper level classes, such as High Impact Leadership Seminar-2 (HILS-2), as a group-continuing to strengthen the bond they have forged along with the self-awareness and leadership skills they have mastered.
HILS-2 concentrates on:
- facing self-reality
- identifying self-limitations
- eliminating stress
- increasing physical energy
- fostering personal change
- integrating excellence into daily life
- enhancing "followership"
The one-week seminar is limited to 14 participants and is held at Jekyll Island Club Hotel, on Jekyll Island, GA. Tuition includes lodging and meals.
