The Leadership
Continuum (TLC) is a yearly opportunity to rebuild
and reconnect and strengthen leadership skills.
Participants return to their careers and families
with the momentum for change restored. This refresher
course balances group sessions, one-to-one work,
and personal exercises.
TLC covers:
- Dealing with stress
- Emotional intelligence
- Overcoming internal barriers
- Strengthening relationships
- Leading through change
- Creating openness and trust
- Sustaining personal motivation
- Integrating growth into daily practice
TLC is a six-day seminar limited to six participants and has a prerequisite, High Impact Leadership Seminar-3. It is held on 100 acres of undeveloped land about 60 miles northeast of Knoxville, Tennessee and takes full advantage of the beautiful, wooded setting.
