Upon completion of HILS graduates several opportunities to continue and expand their leadership development. Many HILS seminar participants sign up for Leadership Metamorphosis (LMS) classes as a group—continuing to strengthen the bond they have forged along with the self-awareness and leadership skills they have mastered.
Leadership Metamorphosis: Stage Two (LMS2) concentrates
on
- facing self-reality
- identifying self-limitations
- eliminating stress
- increasing physical energy
- fostering personal change
- integrating excellence into daily life
- enhancing “followership”
The one-week seminar is limited to 14 participants and is held at Jekyll Island Club Hotel. Room and board are included in the tuition.
