Facilitator:
To provide dynamic and powerful facilitation of the Awareness module in our flagship leadership seminar. Looking for individuals whose vision & purpose is helping others achieve their full potential.
- Psychology background
- Masters or PhD in Psychology, Counseling or Social Work preferred
- 8-10 years business experience in line management positions
- Group facilitation & presentation skills
- Ability to connect with others with empathy & compassion
- Ability to travel preferred
Project-Based Consultant:
To conduct research & data collection for team session projects, including conducting client interviews, analysis & report writing.
- 10+ years corporate business experience in middle to senior management levels
- Direct experience with leading teams preferred
- Analytical with an understanding of team dynamics
- Ability to travel required
