In more than a decade of practicing with Stop At
Nothing, Kevin Haas gets “fulfillment every
day” from the long-term client relationships
he has forged through leadership development and
teambuilding programs.
Kevin estimates that he has led over 150 HILS programs
and 350 team-building workshops, along with facilitating
many customized organizational effectiveness workshops.
Kevin focuses on delivering:
- The Executive Development Seminars
- Mentoring and coaching
- Driving organizational change for clients
- Cognitive Selling Seminar, Self-Leadership
and
other customized services
“The best part of my job is seeing people
grow in terms of leadership capabilities and in terms
of life balance—being the kind of mom or dad
they want to be,” he said. “It’s
quite rewarding to work with a client over the years
and help them in tough times as well as good times.”
Kevin has had decade-long relationships with some
clients, helping them come up through the ranks of
their companies, make an impact on difficult cultures,
and in some cases, make life decisions.
Kevin has worked closely with Wachovia, T-Mobile,
Trustmark Insurance, Westfield Insurance, BellSouth,
Internet Security Systems, Worldspan, Northwest Airlines,
and Fidelity National Financial. Prior to joining
Stop at Nothing, he managed a marketing and services
group at IBM. He earned his bachelor of science
in electrical engineering and computer engineering
at the Georgia Institute of Technology. |
