From the start of his life, Hugo's two passions have been sports and leadership. Born in Mexico City, he learned to play football at the age of 5. His athleticism earned him a spot at Wisconsin's St. John's Military Academy where he was named Battalion Commander, the highest-ranking cadet in the Academy, as well as Senior Class Valedictorian. Hugo played football for the University of Iowa where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics.

Prior to joining Stop At Nothing, Hugo spent ten years as a financial advisor and sales manager for Mass Mutual Financial Group, a fortune 500 company. In this work, he worked with individuals and small businesses to design financial programs to meet retirement, savings and insurance needs. In his sales manager role, Hugo was responsible for recruiting and mentoring new advisors.

Hugo is fully bilingual (and bicultural) in English and Spanish and serves our U.S. and Latin American client base for the following programs:
