Jon Patton
Managing Partner
As a senior operations manager during a 29-year
career with American Express, Jon Patton sought to
create environments where people could do their very
best. He managed large people organizations
involved in credit and risk for the financial services
company, ultimately reaching the position of vice
president of new accounts. He moved from London
to Phoenix to Salt Lake City, where he participated
in a teambuilding led by Stop at Nothing. The
rest, as they say, is history.
“It was a difficult decision to leave a great,
values-based company,” Jon said, “but
I really liked the huge impact Stop at Nothing has
on people and organizations.”
Born in India and reared in England, Jon has a degree
in psychology from the Open University. He
played soccer into adulthood, is a keen practitioner
of yoga, and enjoys the many opportunities to play
golf that Florida affords. He and his wife
have three children.
