Barry Robertson
Managing Partner
Barry Robertson had a successful banker career spanning
20 years. A routine training opportunity led
him to a workshop at the Wharton School in Philadelphia,
where he was confronted with a radical idea: a sense
of purpose—over and above wealth creation—was
vital to happiness in life. The tremendous “click” he
heard was a vision falling into place, and he set
about making that vision a reality.
Barry Robertson started Stop At Nothing in 1990
to help organizations realize the full potential
of employee development and bottom-line results.
Barry’s role in the company includes
- Delivering the Executive Development Seminars
- Mentoring and coaching
- Driving organizational change for clients
- Leading teams for organizational effectiveness
- Teaching and facilitating customized workshops
and seminars
Barry works with clients around the globe, facilitating
leadership seminars and consulting one-on-one. He
enjoys the advanced work that leads to greater and
greater levels of self-awareness for his clients,
and higher and higher performance for their organizations.
Barry graduated with a degree in history from the
University of Virginia. Over the last 16 years
with Stop At Nothing he regularly attends workshops
and seminars for continuing education.
His banking career included stints at Farmers and
Merchants State Bank in Fredericksburg, Virginia,
First Merchants National Bank in Richmond, and finally
Florida National Bank, where he was senior vice president
of the corporate trust and investment management
divisions. |
