Barry Robertson had a successful banker career spanning 17 years. A routine training opportunity led him to a Wharton School workshop (University of Pennsylvania) where he was confronted with a radical idea: a sense of purpose—over and above wealth creation—was vital to happiness in life.  The tremendous “click” he heard was a vision falling into place, and he set about making that vision a reality.

Barry Robertson started Stop At Nothing in 1990 to help organizations realize the full potential of employee development and bottom-line results.

Barry’s role in the company includes

• Leading teams for organizational effectiveness
• Teaching and facilitating customized workshops and seminars

Barry works with clients around the globe, facilitating leadership seminars and consulting one-on-one. He enjoys the advanced work that leads to greater levels of self-awareness for his clients, and higher performance for their organizations.

Barry graduated with a degree in history from the University of Virginia.  Throughout his career with Stop At Nothing he has regularly attended workshops and seminars for continuing education.

His banking career included stints at Farmers and Merchants State Bank in Fredericksburg, Virginia, First Merchants National Bank in Richmond, and finally Florida National Bank, where he was senior vice president, leading the corporate trust and trust investment divisions.
