Tommie has a vivacious personality, and her superpower is her ability to create compelling energy, provide grace and provide a safe space for leaders to articulate, explore, connect, and discover themselves to become better leaders. Tommie brings all of this to her work at Stop At Nothing as a Cultural Analysis Consultant, working directly with facilitators and clients in Team Building and Executive Coaching projects.

She uses storytelling, analogies and best in class leadership practices to inspire clients to do self-reflection, answer the tough questions and take intentional actions to achieve staggering results.

Tommie works to empower and help leaders become more authentic, effective, and intentional to obtain maximum results in achieving their professional and personal goals. Tommie has over 30 years of Leadership experience having worked for JP Morgan Chase for 19 years as an SVP leading an operation with over 1000 employees. She also worked in the nonprofit sector for 12 years as an Executive Director for Money Management International.

She has extensive experience in Operations leading large teams in Customer Service, Employee Experience and Customer Satisfaction. She has coached and developed hundreds of leaders across the globe, while leading multiple initiatives to create more diverse and inclusive environments. She supports and challenges leaders to be more authentic and to take intentional actions to propel them forward and be the best version of themselves while creating best in class results.

Tommie lives in Manvel, TX. She has been married to her husband Joe for 29 years. They have one daughter, Brooke who blessed them with their first grandson in 2020. His name is Benjamin.
