Ted became a Managing Partner in 1995 after a 14-year marketing career with American Express and AT&T inspired him to develop in himself and others the skills he most admired in leaders. He has facilitated thousands of team sessions and provided leadership coaching to hundreds of executives, sharing stories, tools and skills to foster personal responsibility, self-awareness, and trust for leaders and teams.
