The High Impact Leadership Seminar-4 (HILS-4) is an intensive residential program that allows leaders to take a step back, reassess their values and where they are in their career and life, open-up to their inner wisdom, and deepen their skills for leadership effectiveness.

HILS-4 focuses on leadership fitness-mind, body, and soul.

In their quest to make a difference, many leaders over-extend themselves. Just as cars need a tune-up to achieve optimal performance, leaders need a tune-up to continue their pace of high performance.

Hikes and mindful meditations in nature are incorporated into the program, allowing participants the opportunity to step back, reflect, think, feel and destress themselves. This time helps leaders obtain clarity, enabling them to think more distinctly about strategy, tactics, and goals to achieve organizational success. Attendees are also served healthy vegetarian meals to help the physical body cleanse and renew itself.

When leaders take the opportunity to improve their leadership fitness, they become better equipped to deal with the fast pace of disruptive change. Taking the opportunity to “get clear” is essential for leadership effectiveness.

This program is the last in the leadership development series by Stop At Nothing. It is designed so that leaders can attend every year, every other year or when they feel the need to step back, reflect and rejuvenate.

  • Pre-requisite: HILS-3
  • Class Size: Limited to 10 participants.
    • CEOs, senior executives, middle and upper management.
  • Length: 5 days, Sunday through Friday.
    • (Includes some evening work.)
  • Location: Grace Grove in Sedona, Arizona
  • Tuition: $8,250.
    • Discounts available for corporate commitments of ten or more attendees per year.
    • Tuition does not include lodging and meals.
