How does it work?

Each virtual coaching engagement is customized to fit the individual executive’s needs and schedule, and takes place in the comfort of your own home, office, or wherever you choose. All programs include:

  • Assessments and in-depth interviews with colleagues
  • An intensive one-on-one kick-off coaching session
  • Continuous monthly coaching sessions

During the initial intensive coaching session, using a root cause approach, executives process limiting beliefs and derailment behaviors. This allows them to move beyond inhibitive behaviors and create a stronger foundation that enables them to tap into limitless leadership capabilities.

Engagement Details

Stop At Nothing Executive Coaches have more than 30 years of experience coaching C-suite level executives.

  • Requires a minimum 6-month engagement
  • High Impact Leadership Seminar-1 is strongly recommended
  • At the end of each coaching session, the executive leaves with a set of action plans designed to link behavior, engagement, culture and specific scorecard metrics
