HILS-3 goes beyond the traditional leadership seminar, inviting leaders to immerse themselves in the tranquility of natural surroundings. We use nature as a tool to deepen your self-awareness and provide a profound impact away from daily distractions.
Integrating the learnings from HILS-1 & 2, HILS-3 challenges leaders to evolve dynamically, creating a ripple of accountability across their teams. This intensive, interactive, and introspective workshop delves into the multifaceted dimensions of authentic leadership. With the guidance of the RHETI® Enneagram Assessment, we steer leaders towards sustained transformation and tap into a deep reservoir of leadership wisdom.
After the 5-day program, leaders emerge with a depth of maturity and grounded empowerment. They also carry with them a calm confidence that they’re eager to bring to their teams and organizations.
RHETI® Enneagram Assessment
The RHETI® Enneagram Assessment allows participants to deeply explore their emotional drivers and identify and remove limitations that prevent them from acting with leadership authenticity, transparency, and humanness.

Program Details
- Pre-requisite: HILS-2
- Class Size: Limited to 14 participants.
- CEOs, senior executives, middle and upper management.
- Length: 5 days, Monday through Friday.
- (Includes some evening work.)
- Location: Well Being Retreat Center in Tazewell, TN
- Tuition: $8,500.
- Discounts available for corporate commitments of ten or more attendees per year.
- Tuition does not include lodging and meals.
