Shift into high gear with step 3 of HILS training. We know that authentic leaders inspire followership and engagement, face uncertainty with courage, and are driven by a sense of deep meaning and purpose.

HILS-3 is an intensive, interactive and introspective leadership workshop that focuses on exploring the dimensions of leadership and leverages the RHETI® Enneagram Assessment to help leaders achieve lasting change and leadership wisdom.

After the 5-day program, leaders leave with depth-maturity, inner-confidence, more authentic and wiser.

RHETI® Enneagram Assessment

The RHETI® Enneagram Assessment allows participants to deeply explore their emotional drivers and identify and remove limitations that prevent them from acting with leadership authenticity, transparency, and humanness.

Program Details

  • Pre-requisite: HILS-2
  • Class Size: Limited to 14 participants.
    • CEOs, senior executives, middle and upper management.
  • Length: 5 days, Monday through Friday.
    • (Includes some evening work.)
  • Location: Well Being Retreat Center in Tazewell, TN
  • Tuition: $8,250.
    • Discounts available for corporate commitments of ten or more attendees per year.
