It’s time to step out of your comfort zone and into unlimited personal and professional success. With HILS-1, we lead you through an inside-out approach built on a foundation of self-awareness, emotional intelligence, resilience, and personal mastery.

The first step in a 4-part leadership journey:

At HILS-1, we focus on deep self-awareness and self-regulation to improve leaders’ emotional intelligence. By the end of the seminar, leaders achieve a deeper level of self-awareness that helps them develop strategies for behavioral change. Participants return to work with a heightened awareness of leadership strengths and weaknesses that translates into measurable, bottom-line impact.

When leaders are able to self-regulate, communication and collaboration improves as does employee engagement and corporate performance.

Each HILS program is a self-contained, transformational leadership development event. While they do build upon one another, a commitment to and completion of all programs in the series is not required.

Your Results

Throughout the five days, leaders are given tools to process and reframe life experiences that contribute to derailment and stress-related behaviors. Experiential exercises such as mindfulness techniques, deep meditation, reframing personal history, and stress-reduction tools, enable proactive choice versus reactive behavior. These techniques and tools help leaders improve their self-management.

  • Understand the underlying dynamics of your behaviors
  • Deeply explore the internal and external reality of your leadership strengths and weaknesses
  • Identify thoughts and behavior patterns that enhance and/or block maximum performance and peak experience as a leader

  • Acquire tools to process and re-frame life experiences that contribute to derailments

Program Details

  • Class Size: Limited to 10 participants.
    • CEOs, senior executives, middle and upper management.
  • Length: 5 days, Monday through Friday.
    • (Includes some evening work.)
  • Locations:
    • Fernandina Beach, FL – Elizabeth Pointe Lodge
    • Park City, UT – Hotel Park City
  • Tuition: $8,500.
    • Discounts available for corporate commitments of ten or more attendees per year.
    • Tuition does not include lodging or meals.
