How does it work?
Each coaching program is customized to fit the individual executive’s needs and schedule, but all programs include:
- Assessments and in-depth interviews with colleagues
- An intensive 2.5-day one-on-one kick-off coaching session
During the initial intensive coaching session, using a root cause approach, executives process limiting beliefs and derailment behaviors; this allows them to move beyond inhibitive behaviors and create a stronger foundation that enables them to tap into limitless leadership capabilities.
