Stacey joins Stop At Nothing with a wealth of experience, boasting over two decades in executive roles, notably with Aetna in the health plan administration sector. Her tenure at Aetna was distinguished by significant achievements such as industry-leading client retention and multi-million dollar revenue growth.

Beyond these impressive metrics, Stacey led transformative leadership initiatives, impacting over 350,000 members and showcasing her remarkable capacity to tackle complex challenges. Her proven track record extends to turning underperforming teams into high-functioning units through a focus on collaboration and spearheading development initiatives. These efforts have significantly enhanced team dynamics and performance, further demonstrating her exceptional leadership and strategic expertise.

When Stacey first encountered Stop At Nothing in 2012, it ignited a passion for leadership consulting. Immersing herself in our High Impact Leadership Seminars (HILS), she uncovered transformative insights into leadership and team dynamics.

Described by Stacey as a “magic carpet ride,” each session offered her profound self-awareness revelations that revolutionized her approach to leading teams and conducting business.

In addition to her corporate success, Stacey has proven her business acumen by owning and running several restaurants with her husband Tom, in Omaha, Nebraska. Her hands-on experience there, combined with her extensive corporate background, has given her the tools to effectively lead both large corporations and smaller businesses toward their strategic objectives.

Stacey’s academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Liberal Arts from Kirkwood Community College. She is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach™ and has her Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification from Brown University and ACT Leadership as well as a certification in MBTI® , equipping her with additional insight into team building and leadership development. Stacey’s commitment goes beyond her work; she enjoys volunteering and delving into the culinary world, believing that personal growth and community contribution go hand in hand.
