Discover the Coach
Caring conversations that lead to improved performance.
Develop your managers’ coaching capabilities.
Discover the Coach is a four-part, interactive, skills-based, experiential program intended to teach managers how to have direct and healthy coaching conversations that build trust and improve individual and overall team performance.
This program dramatically increases effective performance by targeting these four components:
- Maintaining awareness of personal attitudes and behaviors of ourselves and those we coach.
- Understanding the fundamentals of coaching conversations – tactical skills for entering and maintaining a healthy dialogue; learning how to “be” in the conversation.
- Mastering the key skills of listening and questioning.
- Following a structured coaching process to ensure a plan is created for follow-through on action plans and commitments.
