“What if I fall? Oh, but my darling, what if you fly?”

– Erin Hanson

Cecilia was born and raised in Santiago, Chile. After she graduated college with a degree in education she came to the United States to pursue a master’s degree in Behavior Analysis and Therapy at Southern Illinois University. What was supposed to be only a two-year stint has turned into 30+ years. She worked 10 years as a Mental Health consultant at Southwest Human Development, a non-profit organization in Phoenix, AZ.

While in Phoenix and listening to a deeper voice within, she changed careers and went back to school for a master’s degree in International Management at Thunderbird School of Global Management. She went on to have a wonderful career at American Express and DHL Express, in domestic and regional roles in Performance Engineering, Credit and Collections, Talent Management and Learning and Development.

She met Stop At Nothing while at American Express; she was inspired by their work and impact on leaders, teams and organizations. In 2002 she mentioned to SAN’s co-founder that someday she would join SAN – eight years later she did.

She is committed to providing transformational experiences to leaders, teams and organizations so they can fulfill their greatest potential with purpose and clarity while creating healthy, productive and sustainable environments.

She is an Ontological coach and is PCC accredited by the International Coaching Federation. As a Senior Consultant she serves clients mostly in the US and Latin America and receives great satisfaction from what she does.

Cecilia is an experienced facilitator and executive coach. She loves helping leaders, teams and organizations identify interpersonal and intrapersonal breakdowns and turn them into breakthroughs.

Cecilia enjoys traveling to new places, reading and spending time with her family.
