Cultural Analysis Consultant

“The best thing to hold onto in life is each other.”

– Audrey Hepburn

After going through a major life change and experiencing multiple Stop at Nothing sessions, Jenny was inspired by what she learned, and wanted to help others on the path of self-awareness and developing more effective leadership skills by joining the team. She tremendously enjoys seeing the lightbulb moments when leaders apply the tools to everyday experiences and respond in a way that positively impacts behavior and company culture.

Prior to joining Stop at Nothing, Jenny worked as a state director for the Universal Cheerleaders Association. She then transitioned into international development and worked for a fair trade, non-profit organization in Durham, North Carolina. During this time, she spent many years traveling to East Africa and working with income generation projects. This work inspired her to apply to UNC-Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, and she graduated with an MBA in 2011.

Upon graduation, Jenny spent an additional 6 months in Kenya and then returned to the US and settled in Jacksonville, FL. Jenny leapt at the chance to teach for the newly developed MBA@UNC program and has been teaching Business Communication for over 10 years. She recently added a storytelling course to her responsibilities with UNC and is passionate about the power of storytelling to build connection. Jenny also owned a Pure Barre franchise for four years in Jacksonville and firmly believes in the positive effect of movement and exercise.

Jenny has a blended family of six with her husband Michael and enjoys traveling as much as possible with their four children, Thomas, Charlie, Ellana, and Sofina.
