Stacey Meade
Senior Consultant

“The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away.”

– Pablo Picasso

Stacey brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience, including senior roles with Aetna in the health plan administration sector. Her tenure was defined by industry-leading client retention, multi-million-dollar revenue growth, and the ability to lead through complexity with clarity and discipline.

She has led transformative leadership initiatives impacting more than 350,000 members and is known for turning underperforming teams into high-functioning, collaborative units. Stacey’s work blends strategic rigor with deep behavioral insight — helping leaders shift patterns, elevate culture, and produce measurable results that last.

Her connection to Stop At Nothing began through the High Impact Leadership Seminars (HILS). What started as professional development quickly became something deeper.

Described by Stacey as a “magic carpet ride,” each session offered her profound self-awareness revelations that revolutionized her approach to leading teams and organizations.

Stacey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Liberal Arts from Kirkwood Community College. She is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach™, holds Leadership and Performance Coaching certifications from Brown University and ACT Leadership, and is certified in MBTI®.

Lately, Stacey has found a new love for hiking in the mountains and spends time volunteering at her local animal shelter — something especially close to her heart. She loves to travel and is always open to destination recommendations.

She also practices what she teaches. Each morning, she creates space for reflection — reading anything that sparks growth, from poetry to business theory — grounding herself before she leads others.
